ABOUT

OLD + NEW

7+Bridge is located in the downtown Los Angeles Arts District bordering the LA river and adjacent to the 7th street bridge off Santa Fe Ave. This unique complex of 5 separate buildings has been developed into 54 live/work lofts and 19 town homes from the industrial past dating back to the 1920’s.

The environment has been transformed from concrete and asphalt into landscaped courtyards including a communal park like setting with BBQ and fire-pit, a community garden and a private off leash dog park. Large windows, high ceilings and private patios enhance this indoor/outdoor living.
Linear City Development has been changing the industrial past of the Arts District into a vibrant present-future, taking the lead developing the Toy Factory Lofts, the Biscuit Co Lofts and now 7+Bridge.
Preserving the original architecture of each building, the walls remain unchanged, the brickwork remains along with exposed industrial beams and bow trussed roofs. Old and new, raw and refined, these ninety-year old buildings have been completely renovated. Each loft has a uniquely different floor plan which allows for creative living spaces for urban dwelling and artist studios.
